Document readiness — what it checks
Audit Shield scans every document you have on file and maps it to the required compliance categories for your operation type. For each category, it shows you coverage status: documents are current, expiring within 30 days, expired, or missing. Categories with gaps are flagged so you know where to act first.

After analyzing your documents and SMS data, Audit Shield surfaces your highest-priority gaps — the items most likely to trigger a violation or hurt your BASIC scores if left unaddressed. Expiring documents are ranked by how soon they lapse. Missing categories are ranked by how heavily they are weighted in a compliance review. You work the list from top to bottom and your readiness improves with each item resolved.
What Audit Shield does not do
